Managing Partner
David is a distinguished legal practitioner with over 10 years experience.
He has previously worked as advisory legal at Eaton Towers where he played a key role in the legal due diligence takeover of telecommunication mast transfers from MTN Uganda to ATC ( American Towers Company) and, also the transfer of masts for Ward Telecom and Orange Telecom to Eaton Towers.
David ‘s expertise is in handling corporate legal advisory, government agencies, international organizations and litigation.
Victoria N. Lwanga
Partner
Victoria is a legal practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Her expertise and skills are in commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution conveyancing and real property, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and effectively managing local and global risks.
She has functional experiences in legal advisory in the areas of; regulatory compliance, intellectual property, land transactions, company law, finance, insurance, contracts and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, risk management, debt collection, human resources and labor disputes.
She has also served as a board member in several companies for the last 14 years and understands board dynamics.
